Adventure Dinners

Project Type:

Special projects; custom furniture and unique experiences

We have been lucky to have been a part of the Adventure Dinners series since its inception in 2015.  The description on their website sums it up best:

“Adventure Dinners are speakeasy-style gatherings in unexpected places. We collaborate with other Vermont makers and local food producers to create dining experiences unlike any other. Be prepared to be on your toes; RSVP to a dinner and you’ll get the exact starting location texted 24 hours before the event.”

For each event, we’ve been asked to build a table to sit upwards of 60 guests.  Often, the Adventure Dinner locations are located amongst the rolling hills and mountains of Vermont, where there is no electricity.  Not only do the tables need to be long and sturdy, but they also need to be level so that participants can enjoy an elegant dinner.

Warehouse

Throw on your fanciest apparel and join us for a Gatsby gala in our very first urban Adventure Dinner!

Follow directions to our secret entrance and find yourself in a space unlike any you’ve seen before. You’ll be transported back to the glamour and glitz of the 1920s within the walls of a transformed industrial warehouse.

Our meal and cocktails are inspired by the early 20th century menus from the Waldorf Astoria and our very own Hotel Vermont; we’ll feast on oysters, fermented goodness, and the favorites of the Roaring 20s.

Goat Farm

The sunshine is stretching into the evening and the garden is overflowing with flowers and bounty like no other time of the year–it’s the perfect time to feast at the farm!

Join the Adventure Dinner team for an amble with goats little and big by your side! Map in hand, you’ll hike through a shaded thicket where cocktails and goats await on the other side. This trek is followed by a lavish feast at our 80 foot table filled to the brim with the garden green salads, local meats and fish.

Each course will feature a paired Stonecutter cocktail that draws on the season and the farm–wildflower spritzes, milk punch, and even those delicious goat milk caramels will make an appearance.
